The Prompt Library is the central command center for your entire AI prompt collection. It is designed to scale with thousands of prompts while maintaining ease of discovery and management.

Discovery & Filtering

PrxmptStudix provides a multi-modal filtering system to help you find the right prompt instantly:

Full-Text Search: The top search bar scans through titles, descriptions, and prompt content.
Filter Mode: Quickly toggle between All Items, Prompts (static), and Templates (dynamic with variables).
Multi-Category & Tag Filters: Use the header filters to drill down into specific domains or project labels.
Type Filtering: Filter by the intended output type: Text, Image, Video, or Audio.
Advanced Sorting: Organize your view by Last Modified, Date Created, or Alphabetical order, in both ascending and descending directions.

Collection Management

The library supports high-productivity tools for managing your assets:

Selection Manager:

Ctrl+A: Select all prompts in the current view.
Shift+Click: Range selection for batch operations.
Bulk Actions: Once selected, you can apply categories, add/remove tags, export selected or delete items in one go.

PrxmptStudix is built to be open. You can move your data in and out with high precision:

Advanced Export

Configure exactly what data leaves the app:

Formats: Support for JSON (full fidelity) and CSV (portability).
Field Selection: Choose which metadata fields to include (ID, Prompt, Tags, History, etc.).
Selection Export: Export your entire library or just the currently selected items.

Smart Import

Import data from other sources with ease:

JSON Import: Instant restoration of PrxmptStudix exports.
CSV Mapping: Use the Import Mapper to link columns from any CSV file to PrxmptStudix fields (Title, Description, Prompt, Category).
Collision Protection: The app automatically detects duplicate IDs and prevents accidental overwrites.
