Lab Overview

The Lab is the core experimentation hub where you design and manage prompt testing across multiple variables and models.

The Lab is divided into two primary tabs:

• Experiments: Your workspace for designing and configuring new tests.

• Results: A library of completed or currently running experiment sessions.

1. Experiments Tab

This tab displays all your saved experiment configurations as cards.

Actions

• New Experiment: Opens a creation dialog to start a fresh test.

• Search: Filter experiments by name.

• Import/Export: Bulk import experiment templates or export your designs.

• Bulk Actions: Select multiple cards to Clone or Delete them.

Experiment Cards

• Experiment Type: (e.g., Custom, Selector, Rater, Comparer).

• Metadata: Date created and last updated.

• Description: Short description about what this experiment does.

2. Results Tab

This tab displays historical records of every experiment run.

Results Cards

• Experiment Name: The title of the parent configuration.

• Status: Completed, Running, Queued, Cancelled, or Failed.

• Summary Metrics:

  • Avg. Score / Pass Rate: If evaluations were used.

  • Throughput: Number of successful runs vs. total planned.

  • Total Cost: Estimated or actual monetary cost.

• Date: Precision timestamp of when the execution began.
