Preferences
The Preferences page allows you to customize the application's look, feel, and localization, and provides tools to manage the state of your content libraries.
1. Localization & Interface
Configure how information is presented throughout the application.
Date & Time Formats
Date Format: Choose from various international standards (e.g.,
MM/DD/YYYY,YYYY-MM-DD,DD.MM.YYYY). This setting affects all date displays in Experiment Results and history logs.Time Format: Select between 12-hour (with optional seconds/space separators) or 24-hour clocks.
Theme Management
System Default: Automatically matches your OS theme (Light/Dark).
Light Mode: High-contrast, traditional interface.
Dark Mode: Reduced eye strain for long configuration sessions.
2. Built-In Content
PrxmptStudix comes pre-loaded with high-quality default content (Datasets, Personas, Businesses) to help you get started immediately.
Visibility Controls: You can toggle the visibility of built-in content globally or for specific types:
Global Toggle: Show or hide all default content across the entire app.
Granular Toggle: Mix and match. For example, show built-in Personas but hide built-in Datasets to reduce clutter.
Use these toggles to create a "Clean Workspace" if you only want to work with your own custom data.
Reset Functionality: If you've modified or deleted a built-in item and want it back in its original state without deleting your own content:
Reset All: Restores all default content to its factory state.
Type-Specific Reset: Reset only Datasets, Personas, or Businesses individually.
3. Maintenance & Resets
High-level tools for application management.
Factory Reset
Action: Deletes all custom configurations, experiments, and results, restoring the app to its original installation state.
Warning: This action is irreversible. Always ensure you have backups of important data before performing a factory reset.
